Description of duties:
1. Design and implementation of robot algorithms, documentation, parameter tuning, etc.
2. Responsible for developing robot dynamics/control theory algorithms. Mechanical arm dynamics modeling and parameter identification.
3. Responsible for the development of robot force control algorithms.
4. Industrial robot motion control algorithm development.
5. From time to time to the national laboratory to learn, exchange.


Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above, or those who have robot control related work experience and are excellent enough can be relaxed to undergraduate.
2. Major in robotics, computer science, aerospace or automation control.
3. Proficient in robot kinematics, dynamics and control theory such as trajectory generation, low-level position control (inverse kinematics, forward kinematics and Jacobian matrix), speed control and force control (impedance control or mixing force control).
4. Knowledge of Linux and real-time operating systems.
5. Familiar with classical control theory, solid foundation of programming and algorithm, can quickly understand theoretical knowledge; Familiar with C/C, have certain programming foundation.
6. Robot controller R & D experience is preferred.
7. Familiar with robot related communication protocols, such as EtherCAT, CAN, etc.
Remarks: There are plans to set up a research and development center in Nanshan Science Park in the future;
