Requirements:
1. College degree or above, mechanical, automation and other related professional, more than 3 years of non-standard equipment design experience;
2. Have a wealth of machining knowledge, have a clear concept of the machinability and cost of the designed parts;
3. Have the ability to independently complete the design of non-standard automation equipment, and be able to independently complete the selection of various standard parts of the equipment;
4. Be familiar with the design process of non-standard equipment, and understand the servo motor, stepping motor, cylinder, manipulator, screw guide rail and other institutions and their selection;
5. Familiar with parts surface treatment process, standard parts selection, machining and assembly debugging process;
6. Proficient in a 3D design software;
7. Good at communication, good sense of teamwork and innovative spirit.


Responsibilities:
1. Design the mechanical structure according to the process flow and manufacturing requirements of automation equipment;
2. Responsible for the project scheme design, mechanism design, standard parts selection, engineering drawing/BOM output, etc;
3. Organize or participate in the discussion, review and confirmation of design data, scheme or detailed design;
4. Provide technical support and guidance for the project assembly and commissioning process and on-site maintenance process.
